Many properties have at some point had a water leak and the damage caused can be horrendous and if un treated can become worse over time.
Un treated areas can develop black mold which can spread throughout the property as seen on national TV. Treating the problem as soon as possible is advisable.

In some properties the service meters such as the Gas or Electric are visible and can look unsightly in a room.

Outdoor space refresh.
Many properties have outdoor rooms which are not fully utilized. I can transform an old cobweb filled garage to a full on Man cave or an old shed into an outdoor office.

Some gardens have issues with drainage and this can mean that some can become like a mud pit if it rains, meaning getting around the garden can be an issue. Paths can be installed from scratch or a patio can be extended to suit your requirement's

Void properties are usually rental properties and once a tenancy has ended the property can require repairs or a refresh.

As a landlord all of your electrical appliances should be checked on a regular basis, preferably annually or at the end of a tenancy
